If you are a new client, and have a very contagious sickness, YOU BETTER STILL SHOW UP! My son had a medical emergency that forced me to attempt to reschedule. Not at the last minute either.. a full day before. I was told don’t bother and best wishes. To keep germs away from this facility and other clients, I tried to reschedule my appointment after my son was diagnosed with Strep. I was then informed by Shay that her policy is “not to rebook new clients who don’t make their 1st sessions.” Since I can’t find this policy listed anywhere, I wanted to alert all new or potential clients. Very disappointing in lack of sympathy or understanding that a sickness is unpredictable, even as a new client. Shay WILL NOT reschedule new clients who happen to have life get in the way.

I’ve been getting care from Merritt massage on a regular basis for a variety of clinical issues.There mostly focused on low back issues lumbar fusion failure and bilateral knee injuries. I’m a nurse with over thirty years experience and have to say the systematic approach utilized in getting your body well balanceis is a goal they provide. I would highly recommend if you have muscular/skeletal problems to schedule appointment.
