Purchased a Groupon for cut and highlights. Called 11/2 and booked an appt for 11/11. Showed up for my appt early and was told I do not have an appt. A regular client was coming in not using a Groupon. Was told I can pay full price and they can call in someone else. Was told this other lady was on the books since 11/3 . Showed her proof that I called in ot 11/2 and was then told she had been on the books since before the hurricane and now The hairdresser is leaving and no one takes the Groupon and I would need to contact them for a refund. I was not offered to reschedule an appt. I understand double booking but to lie and be rude to me like it was my fault your salon messed up is unacceptable . I don’t think the way the situation was handled was appropriate. Pretty much not my problem bye. At this point I wouldn’t even consider going back based on how I was treated. If it’s frowned apon to use a Groupon you shouldnt offer it. Maybe train your front desk better too when it comes to offering appts and dealing with issues better when they mess up.

My sweet husband was kind enough to surprise me with 2 gel mani/pedi with paraffin wax for my feet. He got one of their deals on groupon and made me an appointment for the next day.. I was so excited! Well.. that was not the case after I left. The lady that did my nails, did a HORRIBLE job, skipped the wax all together and the whole thing took an hour and 48 minuets.. I had gel pooling in the corners of my nails, all over my skin.. it was just really bad.. I know I have short nails, but I’ve never had work this bad done before.. I didn’t say anything to them about it because she took soooo long to do my nails that I just wanted to leave and because while I was there, a woman wanting to get her hair done left, and when she did they all just started talking about her and laughing. I didn’t want to be next.. Even though my husband paid for 2 mani/pedi, HE didn’t even want me to go back for the second one, but neither did I…I would never recommend this place to anyone..

They don’t have an appointment available before the expiration date (so they say) of my Groupon paid for by my kids and won’t honor it. Poor business practice especially since they are only open 4 days a week and she kept saying, “it’s high season!” If you’re so busy, open your doors for more business.

We were a party of four and even though Hank didn’t do my nails I was envious of the service my daughter got. He started on her about 15 min before the got me with my nail specialist and even though we ordered the same service mine was done 5 min quicker. Hank did an awesome job and he was very personable and connects with customers. As soon as we told him we were from Kansas he kept us entertained while he did his job. I highly recommend him. Service was great

I will never return to have my manicure. I don’t know what is it that they use as “gel “ that it has been more that 2 months and I still have on my nails whatever they used and it won’t come off with anything. My nails got thinner and they look terrible! Manicure

Purchased a Groupon to get a hair cut and highlights. Hours state Tue-Sat but after purchasing found out hair dresser doesn’t work Sat. Explained my Groupon purchase and was told they don’t like to work late for Groupon it would have to be during business hours. After explaining that was not an option and no where did the Groupon indicate otherwise I as told thr hair dresser is on vacation and will call.tonset something up. After a week I was told hairdresser wasn’t on vacation and they would only get me in Tue-Fei 10am-5pm.
