Critical: QualityTook my boys in expecting to get quality service for pictures for my Military going away within the hour. Hair cut was rushed by Filippo and my other son was kicked to someone else so he could take care of a old client with no appointment ( who came in after me). Took my boys in expecting to get quality service for pictures for my Military going away within the hour. Hair cut was rushed by Filippo and my other son was kicked to someone else so he could take care of a old client with no appointment ( who came in after me). Typical New Jersey mentality take care of our own. I just thought a 20yr Military Service member would had received better service.

Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI wanted a haircut but the salon I usually go wasn’t picking up the phone for the appointment. So I rushed to the mall and went to menlo unisex and asked if they accept walk ins. They immediately ushered me in and gave me a satisfactory haircut. The price was very reasonable and the staff were nice. I wanted a haircut but the salon I usually go wasn’t picking up the phone for the appointment. So I rushed to the mall and went to menlo unisex and asked if they accept walk ins. They immediately ushered me in and gave me a satisfactory haircut. The price was very reasonable and the staff were nice. I will be back again when my hair grows long.

My hair is so short that its above my eyebrow. Like I dont understand, is this a problem all hair salon people do or is it a conspiracy? I said “Not too short please” and he had the audacity to say ok, and then gave me basically a buzzcut. I will make sure that nobody that I know will ever have to go to your salon.
