I had a terrible experience here, I came in and she told me she would be charging me an extra 40$ (on top of the 90$ Groupon I had already paid for) due to the length and texture of my hair even though I have medium length hair and no texture. She rushed through the entire process and I left with my hair feeling oily and with product still on it. After the 48 hours I washed my hair and noticed zero change in my hair and I feel scammed. I have had keratin treatments done (elsewhere) before so I know how it should look like and honestly I feel cheated out of 150$ and I would like my money back. Go elsewhere for a keratin treatment.
