Andrea is fantastic and extremely friendly. I’ve been here a few times for a lift and have been very happy. I recently had an appointment scheduled and had no choice but to bring my daughter in since she stayed home with me. They have a no cancellation policy within 24 hours which is why I attempted to keep my appointment. My daughter wasn’t feeling well just as the appointment started and we ended up having to leave. Andrea was extremely kind about it…the owner on the other hand was snarky, had an attitude, and not very understanding. “This is why we don’t allow children” was the response I got. I did attempt to reschedule for another day and the owner declined it, which added to her rudeness. I give 3 stars for Andrea being kind and giving great service, but I won’t be back again after this.

I’ve gotten a lash lift here and most recently got MegaMix lash extensions. Both services were amazing! Loved the lash lift and tint, it was perfect to go low makeup and lasted 7-8 weeks for me. Megan did my recent lash extensions and I loveee them, she knew exactly the style and length I was looking for and I’m super happy with them! They’re lasting great as well. Everyone in the studio is so welcoming and friendly.

It’s been quite awhile since I had eyelash extensions, so, I didn’t know what to expect nor did I remember the previous set. When I walked inside the salon, I got a “feel” of modern elegance! It was so clean and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Everyone was welcoming and kind. I filled out the usual paperwork and was lead to the front “suite” where two aestheticians work side by side. I was told it would be so relaxing I would probably nap. Honestly!? I am not a napper!! Megan was my aesthetician, and she was going to start by applying my lashes. Well…..needless to say, I was so relaxed, I dozed off several times, lol, so much for not napping!! After my lashes were applied, Megan did an eyebrow mapping and an eyebrow tint. I was extremely pleased with the work that was done on my face! My eyelashes and eyebrows look perfect!! This is my new go-to eyelash/eyebrow salon. I highly recommend Megalash Studio in Downers Grove.

The studio is so clean, and as soon as you walk in everyone is so friendly and makes you feel so comfortable. I have been going here for over 3 years I believe and I would never see anyone else.
