For those expecting a massage envy experience – this is NOT it. This is a local small business. If you got a groupon, be patient this is not a 1-800 number kind of place. The massage therapists here are amazing. The move back to Burke is great. The space there is wonderful and there is room for couples massages. I have been a client for several years now and love my experiences there. They also offer in home massage and that has been a wonderful experience also. The therapists take the time to listen and to learn your problem areas, to alter the massage to fit your needs. I highly highly recommend them.

They are no longer in Fairfax but the website still lets you book an appointment with them in Fairfax. You even get a confirmation the day before. Then we showed up to find out the office is no longer there and had to back track to Burke. No one ever answers the phone and you ha e to always leave a voicemail for a call back. Other than that oops, I got one of the best massages in my life! Minus one start because is a self-starter business and the owner is still new to all of this. Great, great pricing though, and great massage, and friendly staff, and most of all: I LEFT more RELAXED and REFRESHED, with clean restrooms, clean environment, great value, with tea and hot beverage and convenient parking. Which is the goal of any massage place, that is why I am giving it 4 stars despite it not being a fancy upscale parlor.

This place is crazy. We ordered a Groupon for this place. After placing the order the next step is to contact them and set up an appointment. We called and got voicemail. A few weeks later we got a call from them to schedule our appointment and the next available time was 3 weeks later. We did schedule for that date. 2 hours before our appointment they called to reschedule and the next available appointment was more than a month away. I guess they don’t need to advertise as they seem to be booked up but we will never find out how well they do as the headache of scheduling with them is not worth it

Really unprofessional customer service. I made my appointment 2 weeks in advance, also confirmed my appointment one day before. I showed up for my appointment, turned out they closed. Will come back and get refunD for my gift certificates, Never come back there again,. They ruined my only day off to enjoy a massage
