I got eyebrow threading and I only needed a clean up. The person completed butchered my eyebrows and thinned it out to the point that it’s barley there. Instead of following the nice arch I had she angled them like sharp triangles. Service was also poor and I think she knew the terrible job done that she didn’t hand me a mirror to make sure it was okay. I highly not recommend this place now.

Do not get your lashes done here. They have no idea what they are doing. They just glued all my eye lashes together. My eyes were burning where they glue was touching my lids and lashes falling in my eyes. My lashes looked great before I got here, I just needed a fill. The person working on my eyes could not fix what they did and left me there. This ruined the rest of my trip and I genuinely don’t appreciate the loss I’m experiencing due to the huge waste of time this was. It doesn’t even matter I wasn’t charged, I out so much more since I’m here from out of town.. I have to walk around with lashes patchy and falling out or spend the rest of the night fixing them… The tech who worked on my lashes claimed to be certified but refused to tell me where from. If you don’t have the experience level necessary to complete a certain service, don’t do it. People pay you for a service you advertise, the tech working on me didn’t seem to know the difference in the services offered.. classic, hybrid, volume I’m not sure how to not take this circumstance personally. Everything that was done here will need to be removed and a full set put in instead of a fill. How is someone allowed to just put this on and tell me they can not fix it? Not even an apology. I’m not going to visit my father who has cancer with bald eyelashes. I will never forget this.

I live right next door to their new site on Lexington, so of course I had to try them. Even though my vision is not as good as it used to be, I. an still do a better job than they did! And they spoke to each other in their language the whole time..very rude!

I have been to several threading salons in the city and I have never seen a place that charges only $5! I was a little skeptical at first but I went in anyway. I got the eyebrow threading and the lady was fast and good. It was slightly painful but it is the same wherever you go.

Went in for eyebrow threading which is usually good, however I added a full face waxing / threading. The lady ended up scarring my face, I broke out and now have hyperpigmentation spots from the acne and irritation. Beware, this place probably uses old wax – whatever they did screwed up my skin. I don’t think the esthetician’s working are licensed and if they are they aren’t very good.

BAD EXPERIENCE. I went here for the competitive prices advertised for waxing services in the area. I made an appointment for 10 AM – I waited out in the street until the shop was opened at 10:08 AM. WORST PLACE ON THE PLANET!!!!! I️ walked in, didn’t even say hello, the person threading my eyebrows was on her phone the entire time. And when I️ went to go pay, she jerked my credit card out from my hand and she tipped herself $5 and didn’t even say goodbye. I️ made a very awkward exit…do not go here!!!!!

I had a bad day and just wanted to relax , but I went into the wrong salon for that. What a strange place. All bright lights and decorated like a barber I should have just turned around and left. Instead I went for a facial. First they tried to sell me the more intense facial for bad skin. Seriously, i barely have skin problems, so there really is no need fr that. then they asked me to undress. Uhh? Turns out the facial involves quite a bit of shoulder and upper chest massage. Not really my thing. The whole thing felt like a rough face massage, not a facial. Sometimes I thought she just enjoyed slapping me in the face. During this whole time I could hear whats going on outside and the girl who was doing my treatment was talking to her friend through the walls. Relaxing it was not.
