I never write reviews- most especially not negatives ones. While I was happy with the quality of my service/treatment- I felt pressured and pushed for multiple treatments and to write a review on the spot. I was shown a Google scan code and an Aveeda hand cream was literally dangled in front of my face. When I reached for it and said thank you, while clicking the scan code on my phone, the owner pulled it back and said, “ah, nope, you have to write the review right in front of me.” I was kind of shocked! On another note, my appointment started at 415 and I was called at 416- not exaggerating, as I was locking the door to my car directly outside the spa in the parking lot. It’s a shame, as the service was awesome but that kind of hard push is a turn off.
