After making an appointment 7 weeks in advance, I arrived to find that the person who made my appointment never actually put me on the schedule. Even though I had the proof of the appointment I was met with 100% disregard for their mistake. After requesting SOME sort of help several times, given my wedding was only days away, Kelly finally decided to see if someone else may consider rescheduling their appointment. She said she would call to let me know. I was not near my phone when she called but called her back within minutes to find that she gave my appointment to someone else because I didn’t answer the phone to give a credit card number to hold the spot. If anyone said they needed a cc# to hold the spot, I would’ve provided that. Again, no apologies and no attempt to help. Absolutely absurd customer service. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise because Ooh La La Lash Lounge in Hamburg was fabulous!

I have been getting my eyelashes done for about 5 months now, and every visit to Lash Spa Studio has been fantastic! The staff are becoming friends, because they truly care about my needs and my experience. They listen patiently to my endless questions about lash care, and always offer the best suggestions. My stylist, Jillian, is extremely skilled at what she does, and my lashes always look insanely good… I get compliments daily and have had several friends come in! The girls here are such a pleasure, and are definitely part of why I return every two weeks. Also, when there was an issue with one of my appointments, the owner and the girls at the salon made it there job to communicate with my promptly, returned my calls, and made sure I was taken care of. Anyone looking for great lashes without the daily application hassle really needs to check out Lash Spa Studio, for the prices and the experience!!! They always have stuff on groupon!

I love Lash Spa Studio! I’ve had my lashes done several times and they always look fantastic. The staff is all extremely kind and friendly. The lash last a few weeks and look fantastic. As someone who doesn’t do her make up every day I love the look of the lashes and the fact that I don’t have to do anything to look fantastic.

Love, love, love Lash City! Always professional, punctual, and I get compliments for weeks straight! I have referred all my friends and family here, and we are all still clients. I have tried other places, and this is by far the friendliest and most sanitary. Don’t even think about going to local competitors- none compare.

Lash Spa Studio does a great job! Beautiful, clean and quiet location. Plenty of parking. Jillian and Brianna do amazing work. The quality of work us top notch. I would recommend either one of them but I haven’t experienced any other technicians. Enjoy!
