My husband and I came for a message, they were busy only 2 people working so we had to wait no problem. There was a woman that came in to also get one they told her come back in an hour. Meanwhile my husband and I were still waiting the woman comes back the gentleman takes me then the older woman that works here took the other woman that came back in and looked over my husband . So now he had to wait for me to be done. Not cool and not good business . The massage was ok I have had better we probably won’t be back here again.

The old lady was very rude she keep slapping my back as if she pleases doing it she didn’t set the timer right for 60mins she keep walking out as the timer is running and demanding for a tip! My body still in pain for few days. Not going back there ever again!

I got a gift card from my son 2-3 years ago , I went last year middle aged men was clueless of the gift card took a picture , went out back to discuss it , he wrote an equation and his initials , so hard on my back I was in pain for days . I had a balance so I decided I was in the mall I’ll try it again , young guy couldn’t understand me so I went to the sign and pointed , again massage wasn’t pleasant. I go to pay, hand him my gift card he runs my card I said you didn’t take the $16 off he goes over to an older lady black messy hair . She starts yelling at me , not gift card ! she pay full price ! , I said than what did this equation and initials mean she continue to yell in front of customers , I asked for her name she ignored me ! I will NEVER go there again . They don’t speak or understand English . The young man was very apologetic he was so embarrassed . .

Unfortunately they messed my back more than they helped. The 50$ massage turned into a 1400.00 visit to the chiropractor; two days a week for two months.. twisted my spine and have been in pain since. This was about a month and a half ago. They were very hard and focused on one particular spot. It didn’t help and they didn’t pay attention. I’m sorry but just watch out.

I went last week for a massage, the gentlemen ignored my friend and I by keeping his back to us when walked in for service but had turned his head to see who we were. I waited for 7 minutes for some ki d of acknowledgement of my presence. Then I asked if we could come in and sit down to wait for service 5pm, the gentleman said Kirtly, “No.” I was then made aware he did not want my business. I am a POC and everyone of the customers were not. I was dressed appropriately, and approached him a pleasant manner. So sad…..I would not recommend this shop for service!!!!!!
