I appreciate a business that seeks to hire inexperienced people to learn on the job but I don’t think that the nail tech positions should be held to this task on the spot. The owner allowed the inexperienced nail tech to try to do a pedicure on me and then stepped in to try and repair any of her mistakes or complete misses. But it doesn’t stop there because the owner did my eyebrows while the nail tech was doing my pedicure and completely changed my brow line. Thankfully hair grows back… I have to say that every day for the next few weeks as I look at my one excited brow and my other sad brow regrow for a proper reshaping to normalcy.

Big salon, but oddly there is always only 2 employees there. The owner hires inexperienced people who are sweet, but do a terrible job. I’ve been there 3 times and it’s the same situation every time. The owner is arrogant and doesn’t seem to care if you are happy with the service. Really strange! Very high prices for a very poor work which only lasted for less than 24 hours a simple gel coat manicure which wasn’t even gel coated it was coated with shellac something cheap and when my 20-year-old daughter went there to have it redone they wanted five dollars more and furthermore they rudely told her to get out after she was done. We will have to report this place to the Better Business Bureau because they need to be aware of their practice. Do not waste your hard earned money in this place. We have been residents of Mattituck here for 28 years as local as you can be and this place is by far the least professional disgusting and a place that we will never absolutely never go back to again. My favorite nail spa!Always friendly and clean. Great selection of services. I always get a beautiful pedicure and great massage with occasional ear candles or moxibustion treatments. I’m super happy that I can get these treatments so close to home.

Very rushed and sloppy. My sister and I went there together. Cold water to soak my feet after asking twice, switched back and forth because the one guy didn’t know how to do anything, only one foot got toenails cut for my sister, didn’t put callus gel on where they’re supposed to, wrapped feet with plastic wrap only partially and trying to stretch the wrap up to the toes, finally listening to my sister on where to put it and wrap it, exfoliating scrub wash quickly applied on and rinsed off instead of massaging it in, one of us getting cream before massage and not the other. The only thing that is good is its still fairly new so still looks good and pretty clean (but that’s probably for lack of clientele because only one person came in while we were there and they told her to come back in 2 hours, which she couldn’t. Won’t be going back any time soon unless I see hear or see better reviews.

Gel manicure peeled off after one day! I believe this is because they did not have the proper top coat. When it was time to apply the top coat the lady asked her cowokers for the top coat bottle and the two other workers responded and said use the base coat, its okay. Very, very unprofessional and I am extremely disappointed after paying $30 for a gel manicure that lasted 2 days.
