Critical: Professionalism, QualityI will never go here again. Took mom and I to get a mani-pedi. I wanted a specific design that they couldn’t do because they didn’t have the correct tools so the lady took it upon herself and made a flower of her own. Looks like a 5 year old did it. They didn’t cut our cuticles. The acrylics aren’t even. My gel polish didn’t even cover some of the nails all the way and has already started peeling after 2 days. The lady was very rude answering phone calls for other customers wanting to book appointments. I wanted a specific design that they couldn’t do because they didn’t have the correct tools so the lady took it upon herself and made a flower of her own. Looks like a 5 year old did it. Very professional, personable, and talented nail stylists. Salon pays close attention to sanitation which makes me very comfortable with having my nails done here. My hands and feet feel so much better and prettier when I am done

Worst experience ever! They told me and my two girls we could all come back in 15 minutes to have pedicures. My one daughter sat in a cold bowl of water the entire time myself and my other daughter got our pedicures. Her feet were prunes. No one came to take care of her or explain why no one was coming. We left and my daughter never had her nails done. The owner could care less. Nails look terrible. And the technicians were not good or nice.

Got a last minute pedicure, worst pedicure of my life. Paid extra for gel, I came home and it was flaking. I was then able to chip it off completely without soaking in acetone. Pretty sure my next trip will be to get my nail bed redone as she “shaped” my nails to literally be ripping them out not to mention she didn’t even ask if she was hurting me and I’m certain she could effectively rip out the entire nail and now it’s stuck. If you’re not a regular then DON’T go.

I have been going to this shop for over 5 years. I enjoy the time I’m there. The owner (Jen) always has time for me. Even on short notice. The shop is clean. I know exactly how long it takes to do my nails so I don’t have to wait. I would strongly suggest making an appointment. Try to make time for a pedicure. It will almost put you to sleep.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DONT GO HERE!!! The owner Jenny is very rude and the girls that she has working here is below average (not all.. a few are good) I got a pedicure and afterwards my heels were still dry, they looked gross! I get pedicures regularly and my heels are always smooth after a good pedicure. I expressed my concern to Jenny and she blamed me for it basically. I’ve never written a review before whether it be good or bad but I felt obligated to compose this one. Spend your money elsewhere!
