I called in and they got me in at 11am. They suggested paying ahead so when my hair was done, I could get up and go. Nicole was amazing. She was quick, yet making sure it looked good along the way. She made suggestions and asked what I wanted. I love that in a stylist. Going along with the client to make sure their satisfied with any changes that need to be made. Her suggestions were great and I am very happy with the results. And it only took 20 minutes! Plenty of time for me to get to work on time! I love the staff here and when guests at my job compliment my hair and ask where I got it done, I direct them to this store and tell them the wonderful experience I had. Nicole was FANTASTIC!! I wanted to have a haircut before work, which started at 12 and I woke up at 10 am. I called in and they got me in at 11am. They suggested paying ahead so when my hair was done, I could get up and go. Nicole was amazing. She was quick, yet making sure it looked good along the way. I needed some of my very long, very mature dreadlocks removed and Katie was up to the task. She took a lot of care with my hair to make sure I didn’t lose any length or have any unnecessary breakage. She was patient, super fun, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Her team was hilarious also, it made 3 hours fly by. Thanks Katie!

my child went there to get blond hair and after getting it bleached, then find out that it didn’t work because the hair been so many different colors previously which was done by them. The hair dresser said come back and I fix it and it was not only she didn’t fixed but once again used another color just to cover her mistake and the solaned happily charged for both times and not even once said no it is harmful to you and your hair. We can not do this in a good conscious. The new owner can change the look but she has no regard on how much damage this cause as long as she gets paid.

All of the salon people treat you really well. You get a drink and a foot massage when you arrive and are waiting for your stylist. Zoe is my favorite. Ask them for the secret discount.
