I feel confident giving this salon 5 stars. You walk in and are greeted by such friendly people. They give you water, then wash your hair and put you to sleep, then the stylists make sure you leave looking fabulous. I have been here a few times now, each experience has been so positive. I am very glad this was the salon I decided to try when I moved here. Such a gem!

My friend recommended Ashley at Maude and I couldn’t be happier! I was reluctant to cut my hair and try something new but….Ashley is AMAZING! The whole experience was a 10/10. The front desk staff was welcoming and very accommodating. The salon itself is adorable with the best hair products, fun jewelry, and funny magnets! I loved the modern decor and relaxing vibe. Ashley listen to my requests, and concerns. She was patient and new exactly what I wanted. The amount of compliments that I’ve received thus far are endless! I’m looking forward to my next appointment in a few months! Thanks again for a wonderful experience.

When I say I would never get my hair cut anywhere else, I mean it. I’ve been getting my biannual look change at Maude since I was using the booster cushions at the shampoo sinks, and I would never go to another salon, or even another stylist (In Nini, we trust). Time and time again, I ask her for something specific, with pictures and a clear vision, and every ! single ! time ! she delivers. Even when I’ve doubted during the process (which I have since learned not to do) the end result is always perfect. Also, I’m gen z, and I tend to ask for more teenage-trendy hairstyles, and even though Maude seems to cater more towards millennials and Gen X, I have never been so respected in my style and my requests. This is a great salon for all clients. I feel safe, heard, and welcome there always and I never leave as anything other than stunned with my new hair. Thank you Maude and Nini!

I liked Maude the first time I went there and was a huge fan of my haircut. The second time left something to be desired. My stylist was late to the appointment, did an insanely fast cut and blow dry (20 minutes tops), and walked out of the salon before I finished paying. The experience left a bad taste, but I figured I’d just find another stylist there. But what really drove me to post a review/no longer go back was their terrible up charge for a blow dry after a color service. They’re still charging this $35-$45 fee on top of their higher color service prices. And they’re still charging a COVID fee. And the stylists don’t even see the fee, it goes back to the salon management. It’s a cash grab. Bad optics/business practices. Unlikely to return there.
