This is the second time I had to write a review because they delete reviews of real tenants. I was in suite #226 and I was renting at Mattison Avenue for 3 yrs, during my lease rental at Mattison Avenue they misplaced us out of work due to the A/C not working at least 6 times. The last instance this happened on July, Mattison Avenue compensated us with one week of rent waived but no compensation for the loss of income, product damage this caused and the other times we were misplaced out of work as well. Several of us tenants complained only to have our concerns dismissed and our reviews deleted of Google. No regards of our businesses. This place is extremely unprofessional.

Run Fast This place is unorganized, unprofessional, messy, disrespectful, nasty restrooms, AC never works, takes weeks to fix things. Please think twice about locating your business here, yes the location is great beside no parking. You’ll thank me later or wish you would have listened to me.
