Today was my first time at this salon and I was so impressed. Professional people that all seem to love their work. My appointment was with Jose and he was amazing with my hair. I happened to find this salon as it is close by my house and it had been over a year since I last got my hair cut. My appointment was with Jose and my expectations were far exceeded! Jose is the first person that has ever taken time to actually look at my hair and give honest suggestions and practical feedback on how to fix the issues I have with it. He was super kind and took care to make sure I was comfortable the whole time! Plus my hair looks 10x better than when I walked in 🙂

I have been going to Master Image Salon for a couple of years. I vacation there often enough that I occasionally need a haircut, when I can’t fit it into my schedule back home. Jose cut my hair last visit, and he is incredibly talented. He has a gift and a passion for this business and wants you to have the best haircut possible. Jose’s cut was perfect, and I say do not hesitate to go with him.

Master Image is for sure more than just a hair salon it’s an experience. The stylist are very knowledgeable and always give you a warm welcome along with some cutting edge style and new looks that will have heads turning everywhere you go. Without a doubt I would recommend this place if you wanna stay up to date with hair color or cutting styles.

Been going here for a little over 2yrs, I even continued after Lisa moved away. Everything was going very well was seen numerous times and would leave satisfied. The only reason I was very disappointed and am now looking for another stylist is because without warning during my last appointment I was charged more then double. I have short hair I get a cut, style, blow dry, and little ironing this came out to mid $80’s. Kind of hurts because I always tipped more here then ever anywhere else, especially during the pandemic. I needed a touch up before an upcoming surgery. I spotted this salon close to my dr’s office and thought I’d give it a try. I’m glad I did! They called to confirm my appointment and told me I could only pay cash for my appointment because their credit cards where down. I asked how much I spent lass time I was there so I could see how much I needed. The lady couldn’t tell me and acted weird. I told her I needed a minute to think about it and call her back. She told it was Christmas and since I didn’t want to pay cash I don’t need the appointment. Rude people. My hair in this picture is by Tamara at A Cut Above and not this salon.

Words can’t describe how HAPPY I am with the service and staff , I’m not the type to write a review , but this place definitely deserves more than a 5 star , kaitlynn my stylist is the sweetest person I ever met , so professional and well detailed and the staff are AMAZING they made me feel so welcome and comfortable, I couldn’t ask for a better service , this was the absolute best salon and best decision I made after a week researching for a salon .
