Imagine: it’s cold and windy outside. You’re physically and mentally exhausted and drained from work. It’s getting dark. You enter and are immediately greeted happily and offered a heat wrap for your neck and a seat in the quiet room, as well as a glass of wine. You start to unwind just being in the quiet room getting warm from the heat wrap and the wine. Then you get to lie on a warm massage table and enjoy the next hour of your life while someone qualified fixes your aches and pains. You actually feel physically lighter when you leave. It’s amazing.

Outstanding massage each time I’ve been there. I feel rejuvenated and like a new person after each session. Fantastic customer service from entering to leaving. The only complaint I can think of is they’re closed on Mondays-ha! Truly a gem of a place.

I’d strongly advise against signing up for the massage subscription. Like many subscription services, they make it nearly impossible to cancel. We moved and they refuse to email me a cancellation form or accept my cancellation in any form other than in-person. As a bonus, they increased the cost from $55 to $65 a month with no notice. So it’s fine for them to change the terms of the agreement with no formal agreement from me, but not for me to cancel. Massages are supposed to be relaxing and make your life better, but this experience has been an expensive mistake.

When customers get out of hand (who brings a child with them to a massage???), she takes corrective action to ensure the safety of staff and guests.
