Great facility. Comfortable massage bed. Worst massage I’ve ever received. I didn’t get the masseuse I booked with, I didn’t think it was a big deal till I actually received the massage. Barely putting any pressure, and just rubbed pressure points throughout my body. I even asked for more pressure to that of his comfort. Didn’t even massage me on my back, or massaged my head/face. I didn’t know this type of massage existed. If you like light rubbing, this is your place. Not for me. I also didn’t get my full hour, he started 10min late but ended on time.

I have been a member for several years now and in the last few months service has not been good! Angela was always so great and always very responsive. Now the new receptionist(s) don’t answer the phone, don’t call back, and lack communication. I have left several messages to book an appointment and haven’t received a single call back!
