I got a gift card here and was always turned off to massage envy’s after working at a medical massage place for years. I don’t know if I hit a diamond in the ruff, or got a great therapist, but I wish I could afford to go more! The prices are higher, but the service and quality is fabulous!! If you can afford it, I’d definitely do their membership package. I was waking up with shoulder pain nightly, and now I can sleep through the night pain free.

The facility had ample parking. The facility was very clean. The bathrooms were even equipped with free feminine products and hair clips. There is a quiet waiting room that is dimly lit and offers tea or water.

Lots of services offered, from relaxing Swedish massage, to therapeutic deep tissue, to stretching and more. The front desk staff is super friendly, helpful with scheduling and finding the right therapist. Definitely communicate with reception as well as therapist about what you want and like so they can customize and optimize. Their monthly program is a great way to get on a consistent schedule. I’ve had good experiences on the rare occasions when I get a kink in my neck and need same-day help.

I have been a client here for several years. The desk staff is excellent and helpful. I am a body builder and hence relatively muscular. The massage staff (and I have worked with several of them) is able to work very well with me. I particularly want to call out Mark, my massage therapist, for commendation. He is himself an athlete and understands our injuries, torn muscles, and other pains. He helps me work through them without “pulling back” on the massages, which I greatly appreciate.

Their membership is a little deceiving. They reel you in with it by the lower price, but then end up taking a lot of money in the long run. It’s really difficult to get out of the membership and they make the process very confusing. If you go, I strongly recommend you don’t go with the membership option.

I like most everything about Massage Envy Redmond except, it’s very difficult to schedule appointments, often requiring 6-8 weeks lead time. They don’t seem to have enough staff to provide appointments when it’s convenient for me. Admittedly, I have a complex schedule, but it has lots of open slots that – sadly – don’t seem to match therapist availability.
