I wish they had flexible same day change or cancellation policy especially since we are in a pandemic. It’s as if we are being penalized for being sick. Do we still come in sick just because we don’t want to get charged and risk exposure to all or should the company allow flexibility here to safeguard their employees and clients?

Poor quality and unprofessional. Highest turnover of therapists from any massage center I’ve ever witnessed. Charged my card after asking for my membership to be placed on hold. Any muscle pain you feel will be better than the pain incurred from dealing with them.

I’ve been a ME member for over a year, and recently moved to Hoffman from South Carolina. This was my first appointment at this location and it was beyond horrible. The therapist’s hands were like icy sand-paper and her thumb nails dug into my back numerous times. Of the 60 minute session, we started at 10 after and concluded at 10 til which is not the advertised 50 minute hands-on time the site says. But honestly I’m glad it was shorter, because I honestly felt violated when I left. I asked for the session to focus on the top half, back and shoulders. What is the point in saying which areas you aren’t comfortable being touched if they don’t listen? Half the time she was just resting her hand on my butt, not doing anything, just resting it there and MUCH too low for comfort. Most of the massage time was spent around my waist line, brushing ever so slightly against my undergarment and at times pulling against it in the opposite direction just a bit too far. I certainly didn’t ask for a 40 minute butt massage. She never once worked out a knot on my shoulders if she even knew how to find one, and never even touched my arms at all. If I could get a refund for this horrible experience I would. I will never be returning to this location.

Had a prenatal massage, wasn’t happy at all with Lynn. Told her explicitly my back was hurting a lot, and needed to be worked on with my shoulders. requested firm pressure, before we started and even during the session, but just wasn’t good enough. basically paid them to rub lotion on me for 50 minutes.Not going back. The FD was very nice and courteous.

I always have massage with Mandy R and she is the best!!! She always listens to my boring litanies where it hurts and how it hurts, and works on it. I feel like walking on the clouds after one hour massage, all pain and hurt are gone. All staff working at that location is very nice and friendly, I always receive phone reminders as well and email reminders about upcoming appointments. Thank you all for making your customers feeling welcome and cared for.

March 14, 2020 – Started my day off with a PERFECT 90-minute massage with Mandy R. She worked out all the tension in my chest from a tough workout yesterday and I feel so much better! Not to mention all my other tight and trouble areas! She is absolutely the best and she’s the reason that my body can continue functioning day to day! I don’t know what I’d do without her!

I have been working with Brad for years and he is the best massage therapist I have ever had. I have a bad back and have had two shoulder surgeries. He is the best in understanding what my needs are and working through them. I give 4 out of 5 because I find their cancellation policy inflexible. We are expected to have appointments weeks in advanced to get our therapist which is difficult when you run your own business . Same day appointments would work much better but are never available as other places accept. On the flip side if you cancel within 24 hours you are charged. So no same day appointments and no flexibility in 24 hour cancellations. If you understand this limitation then everything else is excellent.
