I have used Massage Envy franchises for over a decade. This location was the first time I went to the Alexandria area for service. The reception and waiting areas are quiet and conducive to calm. The room where the service happened is atypical to the franchises.

I visited Massage Envy for the first time and enjoyed it. The overall experience was wonderful. Everyone customer service was exceptional. I experienced a 90 minute Swedish Massage with Aroma Therapy by Candice and I never wanted it to end. I was ready to move in or kidnap Candice, Lol! The only thing missing was scented candles/oils, yes Aroma Therapy was present but that was oil used with my massage. I prefer to consistently smell the scent through out my entire experience not just in the beginning when they initially start the massage. But I’m booked for January and I’m so looking forward to it. I will try a different Therapist before I choose my favorite.

Had the most AMAZING facial at Massage Envy (ME) Foxchase yesterday with Ekaterina (Kate)! She’s very warm and personable and has the most exquisite skin. I love that she explains everything she does to your face. She is so wonderful that I booked my mom some ME time with Kate since she will be in town for a visit next week for the holiday. I’m looking forward to seeing Kate again in 3 weeks for my next one! Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Kate! You’ll thank me later!

I had my first facial in years with the lovely Ekaterina! She was so polite and knowledgeable. She really took the time to look at my skin and help me come up with a good skincare regimen. She also took the time to really explain my aftercare routine. She has a very calm presence and I left feeling like a million bucks. Highly recommend!

My preference for a Massage Therapist is to have someone that’s attentive and connected to me. This person has to also be knowledgeable and gives recommendations for me to use after my session. Shayna does All of this and I appreciate her positive energy. I believe that these are some of the reasons why her calendar is always FULL.
