Scheduled Massage with Jacob because the therapist I have been going to no longer works there and it was the worst massage I’ve ever had. I told him that I my neck was hurting and he never touched it. He basically rubbed my back in 2 places for the entire session. I actually was more sore afterwards from laying on my stomach for an hour! Unbelievable! Very disappointed. I will probably cancel my subscription because I don’t want to waste my money trying out other therapists that they tell me are excellent when I book another appointment.
