I purchased a gift certificate for my mother for Christmas from this therapist. When my mother attempted to schedule, Genna cancelled her appointment 30 minutes before the massage. When my mother attempted to reschedule, she told my mother that her business account was closed and refused to refund our money. Please do not buy a gift certificate from this therapist, if you expect service. She will take your money and run.

Critical: Communication, QualityThis was my first and unfortunately my last time getting a massage here. I had ordered a basic 30 minute massage and when I arrived to my appointment I was asked if there were any focus or problem areas that needed to be address and I mentioned a couple sensitive spots on my back I deal with and that I had just found out I was pregnant. The massage would have gone well if I had simply received the service I had asked for. An extra service of deep tissue massage was added on to my bill without my consent and frankly I did not enjoy that part of my massage. I left the place with half the back of my head covered in oils from my neck and base of my head being rubbed and I was sore for 2 days afterwards.
