Mary’s attention to detail is unmatched! She studied my hair for literally 5–7 minutes, holding pieces away from my face, moving my hair around, looking at me from all angles before making her suggestions… and I’m a regular client! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place should not be Ouidad certified.. I did not even get a chance to get a cut because she tried to claim my hair was “too unhealthy to be cut” which makes absolutely no sense. Of course just so she can proceed to try to sell me some $50 12 oz. bottle of deep conditioner to do myself at home for a few days only after which she would be willing to cut it. All this after I travelled an hour to get there. I got a 3 minute “consultation”, a BS excuse to not cut my hair, and products instantly pushed on me as my first experience. Disappointing and embarrassing to say the least. I wouldn’t go back. I especially wouldn’t recommend if you were hoping for any semblance of a curly cut. Trust the fact that there’s not many reviews on this place; I wish I would’ve listened to my gut and not wasted gas even going here.This place should not be Ouidad certified..
