Critical: Professionalismcalled for more information for a cut for my son, I was met immediately on the phone by someone who obviously could care less for my business. this was after being warned by others (including my wife who took my son here once already) that they are not overly inviting. Try being a bit more hospitable if you want more clients, or dont, either way I won’t be going to Mario’s again.
