Marietta African hair braiding

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueRun fast as you can!!! The owner was very nice at first but soon as I questioned her about my hair she showed her true colors!!! I called. Her the next morning she didn’t answer me. I then sent her a text asking can she braid the ends doe . She still refuse to respond back . I called back again her phone was going to voicemail. I then realize I had been blocked . Remind you I paid her $200 for this. I never was rude just ask in text can I return for her to fix it. I am almost 50 and very respectful. I then called her from my office phone she immediately answer . Yes someone I paid $200 less than 24 hours had blocked me. What a way to avoid a customer. Once sh picked up after not recognizing the number and I explained who I was she was very disrespectful refusing to repair but offer to dip it again in water .. no ma’am I didn’t pay for half of my braids to be loose. Very very very rude, disrespectful human once customer isn’t satisfied. Where is your customer service.. I explained to her I’m not being disrespectful to her and that I am a adult and don’t want any problems just what I paid for. She still said she won’t braid down but will crimp if I candid I could post my text to her I would to show I was always respectful it or cut it shorter or dip in hot water but she will not braid down.. I will never ever return !! I was in disbelief !! That’s ver bad business!! I see reviews but just wait to your hair isn’t like you want it for your $200 and see her true colors. I stated to reverse payment but I’m going to walk away and write this review. You see the picture so you you see for yourself .. order braiding shop and customer service ever!!!! I asked them for many styles then when I showed them a more recent current one they did it but it looked nothing like the picture. This has occurred more than once and I am not satisfied. HowCan you be a professional place of business and not even give me what I ask for? If you want to use this place for a new customized style etc it would be better to find someone else. Does not take them long to accomplish any tasks and each and every time that I have gotten knotless or ponytails or even lemonade braids, they always have understood the assignment and completed the task in a timely manner and will always make sure that the hair style is Neat.
