Can’t speak English, and she tried to tell me she would charge more for long hair to blow dry. I told her I don’t need it blow dried. Her response was ,” I need to blow dry your hair to see how it turns out”. Ok then YOU pay the extra for the blow dry. Sorry, NO!!!
