They were nice and friendly. Didn’t too much like the outcome of my hair. I feel as if they didn’t take their time. I gave had better blowouts. Another issue is that they do not clean out brushes and I think that’s absolutely disgusting. I came out with a head full of someones gray hairs in my head. But if they do have good customer service and I appreciated that they made time to fit me in their schedule.

This is my first time getting my hair done at this establishment and I am beyond pleased. My hair texture is around a 4c and I haven’t had my hair straightened in over a year; I was so surprised at how well my hair turned out. Ms. Maria didn’t burn my scalp while blow drying my hair, and I have so much body and shine. I will definitely be back!!! Oh, and the prices are beyond reasonable!!!

My stylist Guadalupe was very nice and did a great job cutting my hair. The reason for the 2 stars is because of the Salon’s owner Maria who both times I went made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by just being there. You know most places smile and make you feel welcomed and happy that you’re there but I got the opposite impression from her. I didnt like how I felt both times I left there even though my stylist was nice. Since I dont want to feel like that anymore I don’t think I’ll return

Just discovered this salon! Maria and her sister are wonderful; very professional with years of expertise. Received a wash, set and blow in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable price (another huge plus). My hair looked fabulous. These women can handle any hair type really. Thanks Maria!

First impressions are everything, but not to them. A couple of things got me upset. I could not get my hair completely done because the lady left to get her eyebrows tinted!!!! She was apologetic and did offer to finish it the next day, but I was over it! Definitely will not be returning to this salon. The ladies were nice though (reason for two stars).

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI scheduled an appointment for today at 3:00 pm. I showed up and was taken back by the look of the place. I had to double check the location. I walked up to the porch and was greeted by an empty desk with a sign in sheet and hand sanitizer. The sign asked that u sign in and wait to be called. I waited 20 min and no one came out to greet me or provide an expected time for service. I left I did not want to see how bad it could get from there.
