They must have certain people they like because Its like my $20 cut wasn’t important enough. Went a few times and same result everytime. Never lined up the back uneven cut. Im glad to see a few folks had a good experience none the less.

I have always been a fan of mane tamers and have not personally ever had an issue but i referred a friend and that ended very horribly! She left looking like a calico cat and had to go elsewhere to have it fixed. $230(after tip) and then had to pay $200(after tip) to hair cuttery in colonial heights to fix that calico mess not to mention the 18 inches of hair that had to be cut off due to being bleach burned. The reaction she received from the staff at mane tamers when asked to fix it was less than professional and down right atrocious from my understanding. So now we will all take our business to hair cuttery! Im a bit sad i have to change hairdressers but i view everyone there different now and i worry what may happen if one of my girls or myself are not happy with our hair. In the words of amy “you can just go somewhere else cause we ain’t worried about your $20 haircut” i saw the true colors right there! Rudely and disrespectfully trash talking other customers in front of us during the time we were there ugh!
