I was in this shopping plaza to do some shopping and saw the barber shop and I thought in my head “oh maybe I’ll take my teenage boys there to get their haircut!” They desperately needed one before school so I called when I got home to ask what they had available and they told me I could come in right away! When we walked in, I noticed right away they had three pups hanging out. As a fellow animal lover, and owner of a senior dog that I hate leaving alone when I have to work, that’s how I knew I chose the right place to take my boys!

My biggest pet peeve is when a barber says they can do a hair style and not only misses the mark but it was clear they can’t. The older gentleman there today was give 3 photos and asked to leave the top long. He completely ignored not only the photo but the part about leaving the top long. When my kid said “It doesn’t look like the picture” his reply was “what picture.”

I’ve been going here for around 2 years. I know there are a bunch of barbers that work here on different days, and I definitely cannot rate them because I have never worked with some of them. However, there used to be a barber here named CC, she was always very nice, always started good conversations, and paid great attention to detail in the hair. She took her time with the hair, which is what I really appreciated. I went for another haircut today to find out that she no longer worked here. Now I don’t know what the cause of that may be, but I never liked getting my haircut here from anybody else. Anyways, I might as well try it at this point, which is something I regret with all my heart. It was some lady who didn’t speak a single word to me and just talked to the barber right next to her, which was a little annoying. Also, she did it all in 10 minutes. THAT IS NOT A GOOD THING! Barbers should always take their time and be precise, but she did most of it with the machine and only a little scissor cutting. The final product looks unfinished, and she put a really weird extra square on the side of my head which embarrassing (separate from the boxes out design). The owners here also are not likeable and friendly at all, and always let their dogs take a dump on the floor. I’ve come here many times, and this was my last.
