Critical: ProfessionalismHorrible place I showed up late to an appointment and that was my fault. I had my appointment with Armando and I walk in and no one greeted me. they were upset that I was 10 minutes late which is understandable. After I confirmed with the manager that I had an appointment and he appointed me to the guy that was going to cut my hair the guy immediately started cussing in Spanish. At first I didn’t think he was upset with me but then he stared at me and cussed more and told me he only cuts people’s hair that are on time. I immediately became upset and left. The manager did not control his employee and the employee Armando was very unprofessional. I will never recommend this place to anyone. The manager doesn’t not care nor do the employees. Horrible place I showed up late to an appointment and that was my fault. I had my appointment with Armando and I walk in and no one greeted me. they were upset that I was 10 minutes late which is understandable. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI visited this Barber Shop for the first time today, with the hopes of finding a good Barber for my son. I figured I’d go there after reading all the good reviews. Well it was everything but a good experience, it was a humiliating experience. From the moment we stepped foot never did we feel welcomed as both barbers just looked at us never greeting and acknowledging our presence. Finally, after they asked if we were going to cut our hair, we were told the lady wasn’t here and she wouldn’t be in for another twenty minutes..I agreed to wait but after a couple of minutes of waiting, the barber got on the phone with the lady that was supposed to cut our hair. After hanging up the phone he told us that she wouldn’t be coming back..Granted they were about an hour and a half away from closing.. Instead of trying to accommodate us he just simply agreed to us finding a different location..So we left feeling humiliated as other customers watched and he just told us pretty much, we were screwed.. My experience with these clowns was sour, never will I step foot there again..I wish them the best of luck, they should just learn customer service skills and learn how to better accommodate their customers. I visited this Barber Shop for the first time today, with the hopes of finding a good Barber for my son. I figured I’d go there after reading all the good reviews. Well it was everything but a good experience, it was a humiliating experience. From the moment we stepped foot never did we feel welcomed as both barbers just looked at us never greeting and acknowledging our presence.
