I was looking forward to a massage on the last day of our honeymoon but they called and cancelled my appointment 30 minutes before it was supposed to start. She mentioned that they were still doing their couples massages and if any of them decided to cancel then maybe they could fit me in. Never heard anything back from them again. So I guess since we didn’t plan a couples massage together my appointment just didn’t matter.

Price does not reflect quality. Showers and steam room closed and robes not provided. My husband and I got a couples massage which cost over $600 for 90 minutes. It really depends on who you get which should not be the case for such an expensive place. His massage was absolutely amazing, mine was subpar. My massage therapist was clearly not into it – pressure was feather light despite me asking for medium, didnt check in to see how it was going, used one hand most of the time to barely touch me, poured cold massage oil directly from the bottle onto my body multiple times, and I think she got done early because it felt like she didn’t know what to massage towards the end so she went back and did random places again.

Ethan was my massage therapist. He was amazing. I’ve been having shoulder pain for past 1.5yr. I went to him for my massage a week ago. I mentioned to him my pain on the shoulder. He did a miracle. He was so focused on my problem and tried his level best to do what he could to relieve the shoulder tension that has been building for almost 2yrs. He was so kind to go over different Excercises and told me exactly what muscle had been the cause of the problem. He is amazing!! I’ve gone to physical therapist, massage therapist and even chiropractor for this issue. No one could fix my problem. Hats off to him!!! I am very thankful to him. I’ll be coming next year to big island. I will definitely ask for him again as my massage therapist. Highly recommend him!

Our couples massage was great! I also really enjoyed the customer service. Those two things alone were 5 stars. But for the overall spa amenities- it wasn’t relaxing. They really should make EVERYTHING inside (I.e,steam room, lounge chairs, sauna, spa) I didn’t enjoy the sounds of honking horns, cars, and the hustle and bustle of Oahu.
