My son and I walked into today without an appointment thinking we were going to be there a while but were serviced within minutes of sitting down. Tina ended up cutting my hair and she made my experience the best I’ve had at a barber. She was very professional and friendly and gave me the best haircut. I definitely recommend Tina and can’t wait to see her the next time.

I had used this place two years ago, and was pleased. This time was horrible. Not one person greeted me. There was no communication at all. It was packed and patrons just were expected to dive into an empty chair and keep tabs on who was next. They’ve made it where nobody has any responsibility and no customer service is offered. Kind of a moot point that there are probably great barbers in there.

I Have been following the man cave barber shop on Facebook for quite a while and seen a lot of pictures inside the shop which looked very hipster and cozy. So I decided to try them out since they are a few minutes from my job one day after work. The moment I walked in they were super friendly and had me seated to get my haircut right away. They play great music and are super professional. The decor is very unique to this shop with monopoly boards on the wall to dart boards and TVs all around. The pricing is fair which came to about $15 for a cut which is about the same as other shops in town but not with the great environment this shop offers. Definitely will return and continue to get my hair cut there.

Critical: QualityMy brother went there for his haircut yesterday around 5pm, and got the girl barber, and this is what he walked out with. Luckily I’m a cosmetologist, so I fixed it, but this should NEVER happen. He expressed multiple times that he wasn’t happy with the way it was, he was specific about what he wanted, and the girl cutting his hair rushed through it because the shop was closing. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. On top of that, she tried to make an excuse about “not having the tools to get it to the skin”? Then why are you working at at barber shop if you don’t have the necessary tools for a basic skin fade? This is the WORST haircut he’s ever gotten. My brother went there for his haircut yesterday around 5pm, and got the girl barber, and this is what he walked out with. Luckily I’m a cosmetologist, so I fixed it, but this should NEVER happen. He expressed multiple times that he wasn’t happy with the way it was, he was specific about what he wanted, and the girl cutting his hair rushed through it because the shop was closing. I took my 3 year old for his first ever haircut. Victor took great care of us. He was gentle and sweet with him but also tough enough to get this wiggly, uncooperative kid to sit still and follow his directions. And he had plenty of lollipops. Great cut. Loved the vibe there. Super cool place. After his haircut he tripped on one of the chairs and started crying. Bonus points for the barber who beat up that chair and stopped his crying.

First time customer. I walk in and see what looks like a professional barber shop. You are NOT greeted when you walk in and have no clue who will cut your hair or when that will happen. I sat down to see how it would play out and watch as other customers walk in and stand at the entrance with the same look of bewilderment I had. How do they determine who’s next? What’s the wait time? After 10 minutes, I watched two waiting customers walk out with myself right behind them. If you’re going to do walk-in’s with no appointment necessary, at least greet your customers when they walk into you establishment. There’s this basic ingredient you need to conduct a successful business. It’s called Customer Service.
