I have been to this shop three times. One time they were so egregiously late, I didn’t even get my hair braided with them. The second and third time they were over 40-45mins late starting on my hair. I only stayed those two times because I had something to attend that evening and I couldn’t get another appt somewhere else in time. They have horrible time management and the work is good; not even great. Why rebook the third time? I actually thought I was booking with another shop. Don’t go there if you are on a tight schedule

Dirty environment. Booked a appointment 2 weeks in advance, showed up and they gonna say they booked. Basically gave someone else my 11am appointment. Staff is rude and unprofessional!
