Roxy Williams, founder of Makeup by Roxy LLC, had her eyes set on makeup artistry well before turning her dream into a flourishing career. August 2022 marks 18 years of Makeup by Roxy. In 2014, Roxy launched her business full speed ahead by carefully selecting beauty professionals that best represented the professionalism and expertise her brand was built on. Adding “Team Makeup by Roxy” allowed her to meet the growing demand for luxury makeup services, special event hair styling and custom color spray tans. Eight times awarded Best Makeup Artist (2015–2022) by the readers of Lehigh Valley Style, as well as Best Spray Tan (2021) Makeup by Roxy continues to raise the bar for affordable luxury beauty services in the Lehigh Valley + beyond.

Makeup by Roxy – If I could, I would give 20 plus stars ! I hired them to do my and the bridal party’s make up and I was not sorry. From listening to me about the vision and the look I wanted to achieve for our special day – romantic, natural and glowing – not caked on at all. I had hundreds of comments on my look, my makeup and I hands down continue to give the credit to the team at Makeup by Roxy. Bobbie was my artist — and she was amazing. I did do my bridal trial a month out, and even my trail was easy and just beautiful.

I am so happy that I went with Makeup by Roxy for my wedding hair and makeup! Bobbi did an amazing job and I absolutely loved how I looked. I had some pictures and told her what I thought I wanted, and she was able to put it all together flawlessly. Bobbi and Delila came to our venue to do hair and makeup for my bridesmaids and mom as well. Everyone was so happy with how their hair and makeup turned out, and it lasted the whole day despite being an outdoor, August wedding. They made getting ready in the morning so much fun! They had a timeline that they sent me and we were on track the entire time. We finished exactly when we needed to for pictures and they never once needed to rush. Bobbi and Delila made everything feel comfortable, relaxed, and stress-free and I am so glad that I had them there for my wedding day! The whole experience was great – from beginning to end. They even followed up with me after my trial-run to see if there were any adjustments that I wanted for the wedding day. Save yourself the trouble of researching and just book them for your wedding! Phenomenal to work with! Roxy was extremely prompt in answering any emails and booking a trial for me. My team for my wedding, Paula and Lizzy, were sooooo talented. My makeup was beautiful and lasted my entire wedding! And my hair, I felt like a goddess. I received so many compliments on my wedding look! I have nothing but praise for Makeup by Roxy, truly wonderful to work with. They have an exceptionally talented group working there, and they are reasonably priced for wedding services as well. Book them, you won’t regret it!!

I got married on 10/15/2022 at Folino Estates. MBR’s team met us at the hotel near the venue to do our hair and makeup. Roxy and her team were great to work with! Mannie and Paula helped me to feel like a million dollars on my wedding day along with Kate and Bianca for my bridesmaids. Although a long morning, the ladies to help to pass the time with great music and their great personalities for a fun getting ready session.

Makeup By Roxy comes up at the top of the list whenever you search for hair and makeup vendors in PA, and there is a good reason for that – they were INCREDIBLE! I was recommended to them by one of my bridesmaids, whose hair and makeup they did for both her and her sister’s weddings, and I’m so glad I chose them too. From the moment I reached out, they were so helpful and responsive, and the entire process was a breeze. My in-studio trial was so much fun, and it was so great to meet the two wonderful women who worked with me on my wedding day – Paula for makeup, and Delila for hair. On the wedding day, I had my hair and makeup done, along with hair and makeup for four bridesmaids and hair for two flower girls. Both Paula and Delila were absolutely delightful to work with and had all of us looking on our A game for the rest of the day! The beauty products and styles they used held up for the entire day and night, even through lots and lots of dancing. I highly recommend working with the MBR team for your wedding day!!

The team at Makeup by Roxy is an absolute dream! I had to book them last minute and Roxy was so kind and accommodating. I really appreciated the way Crystal and Manahil worked hard to highlight each of our faces beauty rather than making us look super western in our makeup. I recently had a full set of volume lashes by Maddie and I couldn’t be happier. I have these incredible, full lashes that are always on which makes me feel so put together at all times. Imagine waking up with lashes! I was super worried that I wouldn’t have enough for Maddie to work with since not only are my natural lashes short, but sparse and likely damaged from years of gluing on strip lashes. Maddie promised me that she would find a way to work with what I had while my lashes “healed”. She explained how it would be best to use shorter length initially until my lashes had a chance to recover. I was shocked by what I ended up with. Roxy was so easy to work with and always had communication with me from the beginning from booking to scheduling my hair and make up trial to the wedding day. They are so professional.
