Wish I could give zero stars, I went to this place about a week ago I got a deep conditioning treatment and hair cut. When we started the haircut I stated that I would like long layers and to cut my side bang. I felt bad because the lady was so nice but she completely chopped my hair. The layers looked like someone did it with an ax and one side of my hair was completely gone. I reached out through Facebook messenger and never got a response. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The photos below are before pics of my hair before they had to chop it all off to fix it. Current picture of length I did not want to go short at all but I’m beyond happy with the people that fixed this haircut disaster .

Cindy was my stylist and she did a fantastic job. She was personable, made good conversation without feeling intrusive or forced, and was professional. Cindy was ready when I got there for my appointment, and followed safe covid practices throughout my visit. The shop is large, clean, and professional. I got the same haircut for $20 less than I get it at another local salon. I will most definitely be back.
