I was seated immediately for my pedicure which I appreciate, but the water was really hot. My toe nails after the shaping were crooked, not only that but 40 minutes after my pedicure, the paint starts chipping. My manicure has like these little bubbles in my nail, overall I think the workers are good. I feel like they just need to improve in some areas.

I’m very impressed with the friendliness, customer service, cleanliness of salon, exceptionally hygienic practices with all services and experienced nail technicians. Anna performed pedicure and Lucy manicure. They gave exceptional services with professionalism and great skill. I didn’t feel rushed. Menu has variety of prices for pedicures and large selection of nail shades to choose. Drinks are free, available. The service is great value for the price. I highly recommend them. Great location. I have no negatives.

As we walked in they asked us 10 times what we wanted after repeating ourselves they sat us down rudely, didn’t offer beverages. I asked for a fill, she said they didn’t have it without even attempting to find the shade. After I insisted on the same color she came off passive aggressive and then went off about it’s only $2 for a change of color. I went to Pre Nails and Spa to relax and to get a predicure. The pedicure started out good. He took off my old polish and cut my toenails. Then the tech had gotten the cuticle scissors and started to push the cuticle back and cut it. I thought the first couple of times he cut not the cuticle, but the healthy skin around my nails. I told him many times hey that hurts and i pulled my foot away from him. The last time he tried to cut more on the same toenail he cut 2 times earlier. I told him to stop. He painted my nails the other techs was looking at him like what are you doing. I went up to the front of the store. I explained to Lucy and showed the difference from tje left toe to the right toe, it was swollen and red. It wasnt bleeding. I have 1000 hours in cosmology and i know the correct procedures. In all the years i have getting a pedicure done, I NEVER had this to happen to me. Lucy looked at me and said your toenail is not bleeding it is not the techs fault. I told her i had another 6 hours to work and now on a swollen toe, that really hurt. I do not go around trying to get discounts or freebies from anyone. This was very unorthodoxed from a service that does nails everyday. Then Lucy had the nerve and told me to pay my bill of $52 dollars. She never made the man apologize. I paid it and left. The service was absolutely the worst i ever had in my 50 years of life. I will also warn the women and men who have pedicures not to go there. I see many people in a day because i work in retail if i gave service like that i would be fired.
