This has got to be the worst experience of my life at a hair salon. I made my appointment online, took an uber and arrived on time. Upon my arrival, the employee Brenda Hernandez refused to work with me or do anything to my hair because of timing she, said. I have partial highlights on my hair already which I needed a retouch for and thats exactly what I made the appointment for. She absolutely refused to service me even though I had an appointment already. I’ve never been treated so horrible in my life before. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. I let her know I took an Uber and wouldn’t be able to come back another day. She absolutely did not care and had a disgusting attitude. This is not the way to treat people specially your customers. She argued that she was the manager. If that is true, she has indeed demonstrated a petty and poor example of leadership. Shame on you Madison Reed for allowing people like her to weaken your business and reputation.

I’m just coming back from SL location. ( I booked for roots touch up and accents highlights)I had an appointment at 11:00. From the beginning they didn’t have a nice attitude. They told me I don’t have an appointment however I made the appointment yesterday online and when I called 5 minutes before arrival, the person on the phone was able to locate my name and appointment. Then they asked very rude what color I want! I told them anything that is close to the rest of my hair. Then after few minutes she asked do you know what is partial, what is full or accent? I told her and I passed my test. But she said accent is only on top of your head. Then I asked if she can show me a picture! While she was looking for the picture I put my apron on and sat on the chair. I was looking at the next person’s hair next to me and Shanda was working on her hair. All in a sudden Shanda opened her eyes wide and very rudely says; what? I turned around to see if she is talking to the coworker who is trying to find the picture! And I see she is talking to me!! I was so shocked. I asked are you talking to me? I see she still has her eyes wide, then I take my apron off and told her you are very rude, I will not stay. I asked for her name. She never apologized. Just want to tell Addison Reed , girl you need to hire right people, these people will ruin the business. Never, ever go to this location. I didn’t want to trust other’s reviews but after this rude experience, I will.

I am 15. My mom booked an appointment for me online and had no trouble with it. We drove from across Houston to this salon. We had to get into traffic to get there and not to mention the difficulty in finding the place. We walked into the salon and the lady asked how old I was and I said 15. Apparently there is a policy in which they do not serve people under 18 years old so she was unable to do my hair. This was not written anywhere online. There should at least be a policy where the parents should sign some sort of a waiver to be able to let their child get their hair done. This was the most ridiculous experience of my life.

Poor experience. They switched my appointment to a different location overnight. I had to drive an extra 30 minutes to the location. I arrived and they told me they couldn’t color my hair because of the length.

The process was quick and easy, with no smell like most salons. My hair was extremely soft and shiny, and it covered my grays, so I’m satisfied. No obnoxious pressure to push extra products on me, but I did buy a conditioner because I liked the smell. Kudos to Via and Brenda for making it a positive experience.
