Great listener & will work with you to craft an excellent hairstyle, including both edgy & more classic styles. Pretty unprofessional and I wouldn’t trust anything at this place. I’ve been coming here to see Rosie for the last year (she does a phenomenal job). I’ve been trying to get an appointment with her for the last month or so and management kept scheduling me telling me she was out of town in hopes that I would just get my hair cut by someone else knowing full well she had moved on to a new location. Just tell it how it is and be honest instead of being shady in hopes of retaining business that you didn’t actually acquire yourself but your rather your barber built her loyal book of business.
