He should not be customer facing for the lack of his professionalism, ethics and zero integrity. Brian, you are a disgrace and the reason your business will fail. got a lash tint and lift. it says 75$ online but I was charged 100. pretty upset. my lashes are white blonde. she did not dye the lash all the way back to my lid. only the tips. and when I left there was still adhesive all over my lash line gunking them up making them stick together.

I went here for a lash lift and tint. My lashes are now hugging my eyelid, so it looks really messed up. I don’t think it’s supposed to look like this. It doesn’t look natural at all. They don’t look like the photos they posted on their page. Overall, this was my first lash lift and I am not happy with the results.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI initially saw them on Groupon and decided I would get my lashes done. I got a classic set then about a week later almost all of them had fallen out. I went in for a touch up which was free for the first week. Then went back to get them filled 2 weeks after because I literally had 10 lashes left they told me it was because of the length I chose and although I’m aware that that does affect lash retention I have had my lashes done twice before and have never had this issue. I paid $75 dollars for my last fill LESS THAN A WEEK AGO AND HALF OF MY LASHES ARE GONE ALREADY. Really $75 and they are gone already. Have never experienced this poor of a job. Beware! They will cancel on you the day of and give you a lame excuse. I think the they just suddenly get lazy and decide they don’t feel like doing it. These guys are very unprofessional extremely rude. I am not the first person they have done this too. They’re better off doing lashes and brows in their basement. Unsanitary anyways

I came in using a groupon and had hannah the first time. She did a great job and i tipped her accordingly. I like single lashes. She did just so. I usually get the classic since i have plenty of eyelashes. I did notice she didnt use all my lashes but was ok with it since it was a classic groupon.
