we 3 people with us and had an appointment at 12, we showed up at 11:40 and we didn’t get to leave until 2:40 when we had plans to be somewhere. My nails are uneven and rigid. My toes were still wet when i left also. And they make you pay for removing gel nail polish thought that was crazy. very unhappy. Pedicure, Manicure

Lyz always makes you wait, even if you have the first appointment of the day. She also blames you if your nail breaks, or fall off as mine did many times. Pedicures are very sloppy and nails are not filed or painted evenly.

I don’t normally write reviews but felt the need to warn others. I made an appointment for 2:00pm for a gel polish pedicure. I arrived at 2:00 and was told to sit on a waxing chair next to the pedicure chairs because they needed to be cleaned. Finally at 2:30 they put me in a chair and a man came over with the color that I picked out but in regular polish. APPARENTLY THEY DO NOT HAVE GEL POLISH! What nail salon doesn’t have gel polish?? I decided to go ahead and get regular polish. This was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. My heels and calluses looked exactly as they did when I walked in. The massage lasted 5 seconds per leg. The polish was so thick and bled all onto the sides of my nails touching my skin. Then I went to sit at the dryer which was actually a cabinet against the wall that had a light breeze coming from underneath. When I looked at the polish and further examined my feet I told the man that I was unhappy and it was not worth $43 dollars. He wanted to fix it but at this point it was 3:50pm! Almost two hours for a pedicure! All I wanted was to leave. He argued with me for a bit and even tried to lightly push me towards the pedicure chair! Then he decided if I’m not going to pay then he’s taking the polish off. Which he did…right there where I was standing. Please avoid this hell hole at all costs. They are rude and do not have gel polish…I repeat…NO GEL POLISH!
