I come to this nail salon often and have always received good work. Yesterday I went in and got acrylic nails and this is what I got. It looks like I’ve had them on for several days— there’s already a good amount of grow out. The nail technician was very very nice but they need to train their employees better. I haven’t had acrylic nails in years. I did a lot of research to find the best salon in Mt. Juliet. This salon kept popping up so I decided to give them a try. I got there at 6:30 and made sure it was okay if my appointment ran past 7:00 and they were perfectly fine with it. Mimi did my nails. She, and the salon, exceeded my expectations. Everyone was so nice. My nails were EXACTLY what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with this salon and will definitely be returning!

It’s obvious that they don’t listen to their customers. My daughters didn’t get what they asked for and was charged almost $300. They put what they want on your hands and that’s the price you pay. I wasn’t with them on this day so I called. Was told that they don’t issue refunds even if the customer doesn’t want to return due to them not listening from the start. I recommend natural nails or Khloe nails. Better prices and customer service. If I could take this star away I would.

Worst nail salon experience for myself and my two little girls. Made appointments for 5PM and it took over 35 minutes for them to start one of my kids. She rushed through the services and walked away from starting my other child. I questioned her and was rudely told that she had to go take care of another appointment. 65 minutes after our arrival, they finally started my second child. Ran the water (cold), never turned on the jets or lights and rushed through the services (my little girl was sad). It was awful and the attitudes of the employees were terrible and they were RUDE with myself and other guests. And their prices are OUTRAGEOUSLY HIGH. We will NEVER go back and will be sure to tell our terrible experience to others. Stay away…

I came here for the first time yesterday. The shop was recommended to me by my coworkers. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My appointment was at 6 because I worked and they closed at 7. They were nice enough to finish what I needed even though I left the shop at 7:30. Mimi was so sweet about it. She didn’t make me feel rushed at all. I hadn’t had my nails done in a long time and this was just what I needed. I will be asking for her the next time I come back. I love my set!

Scheduled appointment for my girlfriend, her appointment was at 5:15 and did not leave until 8. They did not have the correct color, one employee started and another one finished which caused very noticeable inconsistencies in the design. Almost all of the nails they put on were uneven. The design that was picked out was incorrect. I called back the next day and they said they would make it right, however when she went there to get it fixed they asked her to pay an additional 30$. I do not recommend.

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AT A NAIL PLACE. me and my friend went a guy did her nails and cut her and her finger was bleeding. he also painted literally her whole finger and didn’t clean it up. a lady did my nails and they look horrible she ran out of paint for my design stuck the drill to my knuckle and cut me and i paid $60 for nails that look absolutely awful. Don’t recommend going there.
