I had pedi and mani here a few times, so i went today for a pedi, mani with no polish…seems simple but right away, I got cut deeply under the nail on my toe ; I told her to just stop and forget the manicure…still i was CHARGED $32, ofcourse I did not tip. I asked for an owner or manager (ehhhh, suddenly no one around ?)and was told that getting cut happens and that’s just how it is…horrible service and my toe is still bleeding and hurting an hr later. Rip off.

This staff was super friendly. Great prices. The atmosphere is very laid back. Although if you are looking for a more relaxing spa like experience this is not the place to be. On the positive side of you are in a rush they will have you in and out in fifteen minutes for a deluxe pedicure. Also if you want your calloused skin on your feet removed I would recommend going somewhere else.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityLeft crying and BLEEDING in the middle of my appointment! All I wanted was a simple gel ombré manicure. When I sat down the lady kept pressuring to do dip which I did not want. She tried to do gel and it looked bad so I politely told her that I didn’t quite like them and she informed me it would look much better dipped so I trusted her. She’s the professional. The owner came over and told her she wasn’t doing it correctly with the dip and to have the guy next to her do it that “he was better.” So I moved over a chair and before I could say anything he just started slapping on acrylic which I didn’t want! I’m not a picky person so I let it go, maybe he’d do a great job. This man cut just about every single finger. I pulled my hands away and they were bleeding pretty bad. He didn’t say anything or ask me if i was okay. Since the first time I went into this salon over four years ago, they have always made me feel so comfortable. Mai is fantastic! She is very detailed and attentive. She also does great massages during the manicure and pedi. I will not go anywhere else. They are one of the few nail salons in town that treat you like a guest and not a customer.

This was a nice place. I just wish they had more nail polish colors and did more designs. UPDATE: so I went in for a fill and the gentleman that did my nails before I didn’t care for the job that he did so as to get somebody else and by that time they told me that they were booked for the day so very disappointing

Used to be my favorite place to get my nails done, great location and beautiful salon but lately they hire employees that either don’t have cosmetology degree or lack of training. My gel nails don’t last even 2 weeks and last time I did it, tools might not get cleaned properly because my finger got infected. For the price we pay they could do better. Definitely going somewhere else from now on

definitely do not recommend this place. I got a new set of acrylics and 2 of them fell off in less than a week. I went in to get them redone and the day after I got them redone 1 of them broke and the another fell off. The color selection is super small and they clearly don’t know how to apply acrylics. Highly do not recommend for the high pricing they charge. Will not be attending this place anymore.

Critical: QualityI told the nail tech that I wanted my toenails polished completely down to the cuticle. When I got home, I inspected them & they looked like a 4 year old had done them! I was so upset! $25.00 down the drain. I removed the polish as soon as I got home & did them myself. I will NEVER go back here!
