If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would. I had the worst nail and brow waxing experience of my life today. First of all we arrived at our 12 pm appointment time yet no one started working on us until 12:40. I got a dip manicure and was charged $10 extra for the manicure aspect and got no manicure. She didn’t massage my hands, clean up my cuticles, apply cuticle oil or trim my nails. All the lady did was immediately dip my nails in the powder but changed for a full manicure instead of just Nexgen. Both of my hands are entirely different shapes and lengths as she never held my fingers next to each other to ensure same shape and length on each hand. She then did my eyebrows and botched them worse than I’ve ever seen before. I have great natural brows with a prominent arch. She completely waxed off the end of my eyebrow to where it is just a straight line. Both my brows look entirely different and looks like my toddler did them. This was the worst nail and brow wax experience I’ve ever had so if you’re thinking about coming here, RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION!!! I will never be back to this place again.

Omg! I just moved in the area and decided to try this place…awful 1 when she nip my skin I said ouch her attitude was so bad as if she didn’t want to do them. Squeezing my fingers so hard. My nails were lumpy,, uneven all I got was acrylic on my real nails. Then she wanted to put the top coat on and clean the black color that was on my skin with her own nail. I asked if she could get a brush with a little acetone she was upset saying this how she do it they were so ugly. She did it but she really didn’t want to. These pics is the very next day. Look like a kid did them. I was not pleased.

I went there and asked for acrylic nails. I got them but there was so many complications with them. First I asked for a specific shape and it was a common shape and I was told that it would be an upcharge but when I had came to Majestic Nail & Spa they gave me the shape I asked for and there was no upcharge. Another thing the man that was helping me, he was so rough with my hands, and when I told him that it was hurting me and he continued. Also the man that was assisting me he wouldn’t listen to me. For example i had told him that it tje french tip was crooked, and he stattwd to argue with me and being so disrespectful. I can promise you I will not be coming back here any time soon. I highly recommend Majestic Nail & Spa in Aubrey.

The atmosphere was okay. I wasn’t impressed with the shape. I had to go home and file my naila to made them better. She didn’t do a bad job, but it wasn’t quite how I wanted it after asking twice for her to fix it. In the end my nails weren’t smooth leaving the salon, but they looked okay.

I went to this nail salon after my mother in law recommended them. The staff were not welcoming at all. I paid extra for my daughter to have her nails done with gel since it was her first experience at the nail salon. I also knew this would make them last longer. Which was not the case. Less than 24 hours later 3 of her nails have peeled off! She came over to me quite distressed since I told her they would last so long!

I decided to get burnt orange powder dip nails for Fall. I love how they turned out. Julie was nice and had great attention to detail. The environment was nice and peaceful for me while I enjoyed some white wine. My needy dog wanted to join in my nail pic lol. I would go back again.

I have tried a few nail shops around the 380 corridor but everytime I keep returning to this place. Why, you ask? Good customer service and great prices. But the number 1 reason is that the nail techs Mary and Jenny are about to do my desired nail shape with perfection. I love to wear my nails in a round shape but many techs only know how to do square or some other version of a square . At Luxary Nails I get my round shape !! One more reason, the nexgen nails are long lasting without lifting off the nail bed. Even with my fast nail growth, I can wait 2-3 weeks before a refill.

This is the worst experience I have ever had, I went to get my nails done last night they sat me down took them 15 minutes to help me, then while doing my nails I had asked to have my cuticles cut off she did but cut me everywhere! I have cuts all over my fingers it’s pretty bad, then while doing my nails she kept filing them, and some of my nails are lighter than others, and my nails already started lifting and chipping only after 12 hours of having them, and 8 of those hours being asleep there is no reason why this should happen. When it comes to the moment to pay they charge me $58!!! Stating that the dip is $40, $10 for taking of my cuticles! She never mentioned it was going to be more, I had done $3 more but never $10. I will never be coming here again, they lost 2 good customers cause my friend and I went wanting to try something closer to home. NEVER AGAIN!!
