I had the same issue as Mo. i only went to Luxuria for Rachel. I too had an unused gift card I ended up using on a pedicure. Gail is WONDERFUL but the setup leaves a bit to be desired. For the price ($68!) the pedicure area should be more professional. I ended up with some money left on my gift card after the pedi and decided to use it on some sample size shampoo and conditioner. After leaving I realized I was overcharged by a few dollars. Not a big deal but after paying $68 for a pedicure and $24 for sample size shampoo and conditioner I was annoyed. I called and Erica was very sweet. She said she would leave a message for the manager to call me so I could get a refund. Two weeks later and no calls. Disappointing experience for a very long-time customer.

Have been seeing Rachel for years for waxing. Excellent service by Rachel, never an issue! I was gifted a gift card last year but avoided going due to close contact and covid restrictions. Rachel is leaving and she is no longer taking appointments. No announcement on the website, her photo still appears there. Nor is there another esthetician on staff. Luxuria will NOT refund gift card and is trying to sell unwanted products and services which I get elsewhere for better value. How very unfortunate and unprofessional, especially given years of being a client! Hope my money really makes a difference to your bottom line!
