Had a coupon from an online deal I purchase in Feb. tried multiple times to make an appointment often a month in advance. It was impossible. Slow. Never answer phone. Took a week of texting. Finally got an appointment for week of my birthday. Morning of they called to say they couldn’t provide what I booked. I get that the therapist has an issue but overall it was challenging. Time consuming and very disappointing. I will just lose $20 deposit not worth the hassle to fight it
