Wanted a higher end hair stylist and that’s not what I received. If she didn’t want to do my hair say it! All I wanted was a gray touch up and a trim. Apparently, she didn’t know what that meant. I wanted my hair to be natural looking to match what I already looked like. How hard is this? Really hard I guess. I was not asked my opinion through the process. No swatch was put on my head to see. I showed pictures and still not what I wanted! My hair is brown, not black! I wanted a trim not my hair to be all cut one length! My hair is completely ruined. She didn’t even do any of the work except the cut. Her assistant did everything. What the HELL is the point of booking Nikki if she is sitting there with her feet up doing her make up and on her phone! Her attitude could have been a bit better as well. She needs to go back to school and learn what a trim means and match my natural hair color. I now am a 40 year old with a kindergarten bob with an emo look. I now have to pay to get it fixed! Thanks for nothing!!!

I went for a migraine massage with Janet today. This is my first time getting a massage specifically for migraine. I must say that it was a wonderful experience! Janet asked me some questions before we got started, and explained what she was going to do. It was a mix of massage , pressure point therapy and cold stone therapy. So Nikki performed this beautiful sorcery on my hair. I guess it’s a backwards baylage (her words) lol but it was the best dye job I’ve had. I felt so confident that my hair goals were accomplished, she also gave me a much needed trim up. I was so impressed with her professionalism and ability to accurately communicate to me her plan and how she was going to accomplish my Pinterest idea. Also the magical thing she does when blowdrying hair, is next level. She could definitely put someone to sleep with that technique. Love Nikki and the level of expertise she has❤️ will be back soon!
