Critical: QualityStylist did great in February but then ruined my hair at my last appointment. She didn’t listen to what I wanted or what I showed her. She seemed very distracted the day I was there. I wanted some of my highlights to be lighter for summer but instead she bleached the hell out of my hair. She was on her phone a lot while I was there, was in the back room most of the time and complaining about only being able to take one client at a time. At the end of my appointment my hair was breaking off, she said it was “normal.” She damaged it so badly, it was bleached beyond belief and a lot broke off. You could see through my hair it was so thin. I was so upset. Stylist did great in February but then ruined my hair at my last appointment. She didn’t listen to what I wanted or what I showed her. She seemed very distracted the day I was there. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueLove this place. It can get busy sometimes. But all the stylists are great. Brandy always does mine. She’s wonderful. I always get a great cut here and color, it’s the place to go!!
