I took my niece here for her 12th birthday to get a haircut and blow out. My niece wanted long layers and a curtain bang. I showed our stylist our inspo picture. She loved the picture and began to ask questions about my nieces hair. Over and over she tried to change our mind about the haircut she wanted. To the point she almost made my niece want to change her mind as well. After informing her this haircut is for her birthday and she’s been wanting it for quiet sometime she agreed. After her bangs were cut the stylist stops and says I’m sorry I’m just not sure about the layers after 15 minutes of trying to change our mind previously. I informed her my nieces hair drys straight. One of the other stylists said something to the stylist I gave a tip to about how much I left her. I came back and gave more of a tip to make them happy. I didn’t want to say anything at first but honestly it’s been bothering me all week. I want to really like this place but I just want to remind people you don’t know their financial situation and to leave the rude comments about customers until after they leave the store.

I had an appointment today; I called to cancel my appointment this morning and was told that 50% ($45) of the services would be charged due to policy. I was okay with that. I had visited this salon before. However, today, my experience was unpleasant; when I called to cancel, the lady was upset and hung up before I could ask what card the charges were going to be made. When I called again, the call was hung up immediately.
