Went here for the first time with my bridal party for a mani pedi. The massage chairs worked and were comfortable. My pedicure treatment went great. It was very relaxing. I got Kristin as my nail tech and she did a superb job on my nails.

My nail technician spent more time trying to upsell my service than she spent on my feet – then pretended her English wasn’t up to par when I was explaining what I’d like done. She was incredibly rude once it was determined I didn’t want to upgrade the service or add on a manicure and spent 15 minutes total on me. Now, I understand my feet were in good condition and didn’t require a lot of attention… but generally they will spend a little extra time with massage. Instead i was rushed out of the chair and had to go home and remove polish from my skin. I will never visit again.

The last time I went, the lady rushed my nails and within two days of having them, one broke off in class so i had to glue it back on. Now sitting down in my class I noticed that my thumb nail is breaking off and i haven’t done anything to have it break it off. Kinda upset because this is place I always go to.

The place is very clean and they try to fit you in to the schedule but I would recommend getting an appointment as it can get busy. I got a full set of acrylics on a couple weeks ago. I figured I would try here since most salons are pretty booked. The staff is well trained and professional. My nails were good for about 2 weeks but then a few started to lift or crack, but I work at a physically demanding job where my hands are constantly being put under stress so that can be normal for me. Last fill they didnt have the color I wanted so the girl attempted a grey to black ombre. It wasnt the best but she tried. My daughter had her nails done there yesterday. They were poorly done, clumpy and way too long. She told them this and they said they like long nails and the nails were fine. She went to a different nail place to have them fixed. I called today and the said the best they could do is $20 off next time since she had already gotten them fixed. NOT IMPRESSED!
